Meet the radiologists reading your scan
Every study performed at Lucent Medical Imaging in Glendale is interpreted by a board-certified radiologist, with subspecialty-trained readers for neurological, musculoskeletal, breast and cardiac imaging.

The scanner captures the image. The radiologist finds the answer.
Two radiologists can look at the same study and see different things. Subspecialty training is the reason. A radiologist who has completed a breast-imaging fellowship and reads breast MRI every week recognizes patterns that a general reader may not weigh the same way, and the same is true of a neuroradiologist reading a brain study, or a musculoskeletal radiologist reading a complex joint.
That is why we match the reader to the study rather than to the queue. It also means being honest about scope: where a case falls outside our readers' subspecialty coverage, we say so and help you get it read by someone whose training fits. Advanced equipment matters, see our imaging technology, but the interpretation is what turns an image into a decision.
