Why here

What working at Lucent looks like

Equipment worth working on

Current-generation 3T MRI, low-dose CT, 3D mammography and high-frequency ultrasound, not a decade-old fleet.

Room to specialize

Cross-training across modalities is encouraged, and continuing-education requirements are supported rather than tolerated.

Time with patients

Scheduling is built so that technologists can explain a scan properly instead of rushing the room turnover.
